Peoples'Art Gallery (entries have closed)

Once again the People's Art Gallery will showcase the wealth of artistic talent in our neighborhood. Artists of all ages are invited to bring a work of art to share with the community (only ONE work per artist please!). The work will be judged by our distinguished panel of jurors and winners will be announced in four categories: under 12 years, 13 to 18 years, adult amateur, and adult professional.

Here's how it will work: Artists will send us the application form along with a picture or description of the work. (Don't send the work itself!!!)

We must receive your submission form by September 2nd to prepare a space to display this work, along with a little information card about the artist. Then, the day of the fair, artists deliver the work to the People's Art Gallery (near the GACC booth) by 8:30am, for display during the fair hours.

Winners will be announced around 3:00 at the East stage. Artists may sell their work, but it must not be removed from the Gallery until the fair is over. All work not removed by 7:30 pm will become the property of the Gallery.

Questions? Call Amanda 581-8842 or e-mail: Barusch@comcast.net.
