At the November community meeting, in addition to our normal reports, we also received an update on Operation Rio Grande and the state of homelessness in Salt Lake City from Rep. Greg Hughes, Speaker of the Utah State House of Representatives, and Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski.
